Classical Music in Public School
The Foundation partners with participating schools who wish to broaden their students' horizon, with enthusiastic Classical artists who wish to share their talent and love of the great arts to students through intimate and candid visits with the students.
We brings Classical music and Classical Culture to youth, especially to those who, through no fault of their own, do not have the means to access this beautiful treasure trove that belongs to all mankind. We look forward to bringing more Classical musicians to schools through classroom and concert presentations, so that many more young people can share in the joy of Classical music!
Building on the momentum of that initial overture in school, our Artist/Mentor program works with select artists who works with the schools over the course of the school years. The students are also invited to attend formal concert performance of their artist and other artists in our Foundation’s weekly concert series, as our guests. Combined together, these programs are geared to heighten the experience and leave a lasting impression.
